Prices and recommendations are confirmed only after our technician has assessed your system. Nothing on the site is a substitute for an on-site inspection by a qualified technician.

Service requests and estimates

• A service request made by phone, email or through this website is not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it with you.
• Prices and the scope of work are agreed with you before work begins. Estimates are based on the information available at the time and are valid as stated on the estimate.
• Please give us accurate contact and address details so we can reach you and plan the visit.
• We may decline a request, for example when it is outside our service area or the work is outside our services.

Communications

By sending us a request, you agree that we may contact you by phone call, text message or email at the number and address you provide about your request, appointments and service. These messages are not marketing, and we do not send marketing messages without your separate consent. Message frequency varies with your request; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages or HELP for help. You agree to receive notices and records, such as request confirmations, electronically.

Licensing

Next HVAC holds North Carolina license L.35868. Work is performed by our team under applicable state and local codes.

Emergencies

If you smell gas or suspect a carbon monoxide leak, leave the building right away and call 911 or your gas utility from a safe place before contacting us. Do not use the website form for emergencies; call us instead. Do not attempt electrical, gas or refrigerant work yourself.
